Laura Cordle
Laura is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and a Lolita San Miguel Pilates Master and Second-Generation Instructor with over a decade of experience in the Pilates Method. She began her Pilates journey in 2011 after an ankle injury led her to equipment-based Pilates as a form of rehabilitation. Inspired by its transformative effects, she pursued a comprehensive classical Pilates certification in Chicago, Illinois, and has been teaching ever since.
In 2015, Laura became one of the youngest instructors to graduate from the Pilates Master Mentorship Program of First-Generation Master Trainer Lolita San Miguel, one of the few Pilates Elders personally certified by Joseph Pilates, the founder of the method. She has continued to refine her expertise by studying under some of the most renowned Pilates instructors in the world.
Dedicated to expanding her knowledge, Laura earned a Bachelor’s in Recreational and Rehabilitation Therapy from Florida International University, graduating magna cum laude in 2023. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Saint Augustine, further integrating her deep understanding of movement science, rehabilitation, and Pilates.
Laura holds multiple specialized certifications, allowing her to work with a diverse range of individuals, including those with scoliosis, lower back pain, ankle and foot injuries, and pre-and post-natal needs. As a Lolita Legacy Educator, she also mentors and certifies future instructors in Lolita San Miguel’s comprehensive teacher training program.
With a passion for intelligent, functional movement, Laura creates challenging and personalized workouts tailored to all levels, body types, and abilities. She is driven by the profound impact of Pilates on both physical and mental well-being and is committed to helping her clients build strength, confidence, and resilience through movement.
By integrating Pilates principles with rehabilitation techniques, her mission is to provide care that enhances body awareness, promotes recovery, and prevents future injuries in a supportive environment where individuals gain the knowledge and confidence to improve their movement.
